Wholegrain Baking
Recipes using Wholegrain flour have become increasingly popular over the years. I have included grains such as Spelt and Rye in some of my recipes.
These Wholemeal and Rye Scones use a mix of Wholemeal and Rye flour and this recipe for Spelt Shortbread uses white spelt flour, giving the shortbread a lovely nutty flavour.
